  I deleted the page “Reviews” and the link is still showing on the home page but not be recognised as a link it comes up with the standard msg.
  How do I get rid of the page?

  It sounds like you have enabled a custom menu, so deleting the page is only the first step, you’ll also need to remove the link to the page from the menu. Here’s an overview of custom menu’s including how to delete pages: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus

  Thank you , I think that has worked but I also have the problem of posts being categorized and not being shown in the relevant pages. The blog I need help with is

  In looking at your site, I see that the posts on your blog have the same categories as the pages in your menu, but it looks like you created “regular” pages rather than category pages. The process below will walk you through how to create pages that will automatically include posts with a specific category.
