How do I create a page and make the the link to the page appear on the main menu bar? Then on the page how do I include certain posts?

Hi there,
The first thing to decide is whether or not you want your ‘blog’ page to also be your ‘Home’ page, or a separate static page that you create.
This is done by setting your Front Page to either a ‘static page’ or ‘your latest posts’. See https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/ for more info on this process.
Looking at your site, it appears that your Front Page is currently set to the default of displaying your latest posts. This can be tested by clicking in the Header area to take me to the home page.
However, I did notice that you have created both a new static ‘Home’ page as well as a new ‘Blog’ page that are available in the main menu – though the Blog page is currently trashed and resolves to a Page Not Found message.
Keep in mind when editing/creating a menu, that there will be two Home pages available to add. Select the Home page that is labeled ‘Custom Link’ when your Front Page is set to ‘Your latest posts’.
Hopefully, this will all make better sense as you go through the process ;)
