  I can not figure out how to create new pages, and then add sub pages to those pages.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello @brownenglish1001,
  TO CREATE A PAGE:
  Go to My Site(s) → Add(Beside the Pages option)
  More information on creating pages can be found in this support guide:

  And then use sub-menus to add sub-pages,
  TO CREATE PAGE MENUS AND SUB-MENUS:
  1. Go to My Site(s) → Customize(Beside the Themes option). This will open the site Customizer.
  2. On the sidebar of the Customizer click on the Menus > tab.
  3. Click the Primary > tab.
  4. Now, if you want to new add items to the menu bar then click the Add Items button and if you want to create a sub-menu then just click and drag the menu under the menu item of which you want this menu item to be sub-menu of.
  5. Once everything is done, click Save & Publish.
