  I am trying to change the order of the Pages on my home page, but I can’t seem to figure out how.

  Every theme has a detailed theme description page. Here’s the one for the theme you have selected https://wordpress.com/theme/responsive and that’s where set up instructions for it and the live demo site link is found.
