May I have more than one page that has posts? I’d like to post about Agility on my Agility page, and Poems on my Poems page, etc.
    Thanks for your help…

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Pages are ideally meant for publishing static content, content that does not change often. Agility and Poems are examples of Pages.

You can use Categories for what you are trying to achieve. Categories on WordPress are about categorizing multiple blog posts based on themes. You can create categories for your site on this page, and when writing blog posts, you can assign those posts to these categories on the right side of the post editor. You can learn more about categories here.

To display these categories on your website, you can add them to a menu and have that menu display on your site.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have questions.

Thanks very much. I understand categories. I was hoping to be able to group ALL the writing about Agility, etc. on its own page, but I see that’s not possible. It WOULD be possible for me to cut and paste each post onto the relevant page, I am thinking?

    All the best,
    Terrie

  • If you’ve set your mind on doing it this way, you can probably type the titles of each blog post on that page and link those titles to the actual blog posts – that way, creating a list.

    “Set my mind” LOL
That’s a clever thought! Thank you. :) Or maybe I’ll just unset my mind.

    Hello,
unfortunately, we don’t find any module for the second language of this website.

Because we would like to publish the entire website <www.ecole-saint-olivier.ca>, which is currently built completely in french language in a second version in english, keeping the same URL.

In addition, we will keep the logo and all the images which are published at the moment in this french version as well in the English version.

Could you please tell us precisely how we have to proceed.

    Thank you,
    Marc

  • @1001waystoentertainyourastcdonacitylot, no problem. Happy to help!

@ecolesaintolivier669, please refrain from posting on others’ threads. You can post a fresh thread here.

  • @ecolesaintolivier669 – have a look at our guide to creating multilingual sites: ttps://en.support.wordpress.com/set-up-a-multilingual-blog/

If you need further help with specifics, please do start a new thread, as strikebuys mentioned, and we’ll be glad to help there. Merci!
