  I have spoken with a number of techs and no one has been able to find my problem – I don’t know what to do? Please can anyone help?

  If you need help with a site hosted on our servers on WordPress.com, we can help you here.

  But the site in your account, https://rachelrjamerson.com/, is not hosted on WordPress.com. It’s only connected here via the Jetpack plugin, but you’re using the open source version of WordPress found on WordPress.org, and we don’t have any control over how your site works.

  Support for your version of WordPress can be found at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, so please ask there instead. When you do, also provide more details on the problem, like a link to the specific page and a description/screen shots of what’s different.
