Is there a way to only have page titles on my main screen and not my actual posts? I want to be able to click on a page title listed on my main screen and have it redirected to a post
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You first need to understand the differences between pages and posts.
Putting posts into the top navigation (which can be done) would quickly become overwhelming for visitors to the point that they would likely leave and not return. Think about what would happen after 200 or so posts?
If you want a static front page (no posts whatsoever) then you can set a static front page, but if you plan on doing actual posts, you need to have someway to organize and present them. The blog page (which doesn’t have to be the main landing page) keeps the newest posts where the visitor can quickly find them. Then to organize your posts use categories. The categories can then be put into the top navigation using a custom menu, or you can use the categories widget in the sidebar.

One could use archives shortcode on a static front page to have a list of titles of all posts:

IMO: that is not a very attractive way to go—usually better as a page in your navigation bar with a dynamic front page with your most recent posts.Or one could use a “more” tag at the beginning of each post to display your most recent titles:

Keep in mind that it will affect the way category and archive pages look: only titles with “read more” so you want to choose very descriptive titles if you expect readers to want to look at them.
