  i’m trying to create an arabic website, and i want to rename the home page also to add more pages and subpages

  Hi! You can rename the home page by editing it, so that you can change the page title. You would do this by going to your Pages section, and clicking on the home page to edit it in the WordPress Editor:

  In the same way, you can also add new pages by going to Pages > Add new page. When you have created one or more pages, perhaps you will also want to create a menu on your site, so visitors can find those pages. We do have a set of documents for creating a menu here:
