  I cannot add any pages to my website. I want to add an about me, contact, personal training, nutrition, etc tabs on my headline bar and I cannot add any. There are none in my menu to check so I don’t know how to add it.

  I see that you were able to get those pages added in your custom menu. Are you all set? :-)

  No, my about page, when you click on it, links to all of my other pages. How can I make it just About section?

  About is current set as both your Front and Posts page at Settings -> Reading in your blog’s Dashboard.

  You’ll need to assign a unique page to each, or select the “Your latest posts” option above it.
