  Before resorting to custom menus: are your pages published and public? A page won’t show in the top menu if it’s a draft or if it’s private.

  Hi there,
  I did find your contact page and thought creating a custom menu might suit you. Here > Appearance > menus on the bottom right hand side you will find:
  Menu Settings
  Auto add pages
  __ Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu
