Pages and blog post

I have published a blog post, however I want it to appear under one of my blog pages. I have created 3 blog pages, and my understanding was that these were sub headings in a way that i could organise my blog posts in to. Is this right?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It sounds like you want to assign your page headings as categories to your posts then display the blog posts from those categories by clicking on your menu items.
