Pages and Post structures shows on “Home”. How to disable / hide it?

  I made an update to a page and now the overview / structure of all posts and pages shows up on my landing page with name and date created.

  I tried a lot but I can’t get it to disappear.

  Any suggestions how to get rid of it?
