  Is there a way to turn a Page into a Post?

  I have seven “Pages” on my blog that used to be organized in a gallery section. Looks like the formatting has changed a bit since I first created the blog in 2009. I would to turn those seven Pages into simple posts.

  Is there a way to reconfigure a page into a post? Or do I have to delete the page and copy the content into a new post?
  And, if I do that, is there a way to ‘backdate’ that post?

  There is not automatic way to do this. It’s a copy and paste first into the new one and then go back and delete the original job.

  Copy and paste. That’s the only way.

  You can edit the date before hitting Publish, in the sidebar on the right-hand side, where the calendar icon is in the sidebar. Then you can Publish.

  Copy and pasting should not take too long, I would recommend it, I did the same thing when I started my blog!
