Pages are loading in a stagnated way and videos

Hi, I was wondering if you could help. I have the soundcheck theme which is great but I find that the pages take quite a long time to load and I don’t want my visitors to leave out of frustration. Also can anything be don’t about the top part of the home page (videos) where though a visitor presses play it goes on to the next video. I look forward to your response, Amanda

Hi Amanda,
I just took a look at the site and tried loading it through a variety of proxies. The front page loaded just fine for me (it didn’t lag or get caught up on any particular point and loaded pretty quickly). Was it a particular page which you thought was loading slowly or all of them?
In regards to the other question you had, are you talking about the videos which is in your auto-advancing slider? It does indeed look like the slider does not pause if you play a video (if that’s what you were speaking about), however that behavior is also present in the Soundcheck demo so that may be part of the theme author’s design rather than a bug.
