Pages different in two copies, same version

    I have two 5.2.3 WordPress sites and what appears for New Page is totally different.

    The ‘good’ one is dead easy, has buttons for Add Media, etc, a text style bar, and a box to add text and media.

    The ‘bad’ one has just Add Title, with ‘Start writing or type / to choose a block’ underneath. Clicking in here brings up a smaller text menu with an icon for Alt Media (Shift +Alt + M). When I add a media file the box size just expands downwards and I have to use Convert to Blocks to bring up a single one, where it asks again to add media. The mp4 mile I put in here doesn’t have a play button, so useless.

    How do I revert to the ‘good’ one on this site??
