Hi there, did you recently change theme to a theme that’s compatible with the Site Editor? If so, then you’re probably seeing these two changes:
- The new “navigation block’ may not have automatically adapted your previous menu from your previous theme
- Menu editing is done in the Site Editor – it looks similar to the page/post editor but affects general site appearance.
We do have a general overview of the Site Editor, and also more information on how to manage the menu using it:

Hi.
No, I have not changed themes at all. I have not made any edits to pages recently and for some reason they are not visible when I select “Visit Your Site”. The Site Editor tab just brings up another set of menus that I have deselected.

Hi there,
I see what you mean. @staff-95percentghost is correct in their assessment of what is going on. This site has both the option to add menu items via the customizer and via the new Full Site Editor. As they mentioned, you’ll need to manually add the menu items via the Site Editor, as they are not showing despite being added via the customizer.
Please try to add the missing menu items that are missing using the instructions from our support documentation, and let me know if this works for you.

Thank you!
