pages don't scroll on phone app, various phones

    Friends have said my blog posts don’t scroll when viewed on their phones. I checked my phone, and have the same problem. Pages will scroll when loading, but when post is done loading, it’s locked at the top of the page and I can’t scroll down to read. This is the same complaint my friends told me they were having. Any ideas on how to fix?
