Pages Feezing and wont Refresh

We are having issues with our payment/confirmation page ‘freezing’ . When a customer pays ( via Paypal ) the page ‘freezes’ for approx 4-5 min. The payments are still going thru and we are getting the ‘payment’ confirmation, but the customer does not. They are assuming the payment has not worked and then placing another order, so we are getting mulitple orders. On my test order the ‘confirmation’ page was displayed after 4-5 minuets. But i still not get the order confirmation email, just the email from Paypal saying a purchase was made.
This also happens in the ‘admin’ site when i mark orders as ‘completed’ it just ‘freezes’ after i hit ‘apply’ and can take 4-5 minuets to refresh and display the selected orders as ‘completed’
Very frustrating. Any ideas ?? Most others things all work ok and refesh ok.. just these two things do not. Site is updated to latest WP/Woo/Paypal plugin.

Please contact support for the ecommerce or payment gateway plugin you’re using directly for help with this. If you’re using the PayPal plugin found on WooCommerce.com, you can reach their support at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
