Pages – Find one produced weeks ago

  I am making a book review website.
  I have a Page for each book which gives the review. All these pages are linked to a few Category pages. The Category Pages are linked to the Parent menu. So the Menu: Fiction has a drop-down menu, on which are Romance, Thrillers etc. static pages. Romance has (say) six book pictures on the page, which all link to their separate review pages.
  When I am looking for the Romance Category (drop down) Page, I have to wade through all my other “published” pages to find it. Can I move my Romance pages (and the other Category pages) up to the top of the “published” pages list. Currently they are in date order.
