Pages “freeze” and won’t allow editing
-
Hello, A page (events 2011) on my site, http://www.truenorthonline.org won’t allow med to edit it. I have emptied the cache and cookies, logged out and back in, and waited a couple of days to see if the problem would fix itself. Other pages on the site are fine. Is there something to do besides delete the page and try again? Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No wordpress.com URLs contain “www”. The correct URL for your blog is http://truenorthonline.org and this is the URL for the static page in question http://truenorthonline.org/2011-events/
We need to know which browser and which version of it you are using please?
We also need to knwo whether or not you have the most recent version of Flash.
Some issues can be caused by not updating your Flash. You can use this link to see if your flash is up to date. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ If it’s not then go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and download and install the latest version of flash. We need to know how you are connecting to the internet and to wordpress.com. Some issues can arise from the way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. There may be problems with your web host. Check known issues with your ISP and with your web host.

I’m using Chrome, 8.0.552.237. Windows 7. Flash is updated. I have cable internet connection (Comcast).
As far as I can tell there are not problems with my ISP, although I might not know enough to tell for sure.If this is a problem with the ISP or internet connection, why would it affect only one page and not all the pages? Just wondering.

The problem is gone on IE. So, this means I need to take this up with the folks at Chrome?

IMHO this means you need to alert our Theme Staff to the problem with Chrome 8. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
