pages have disappeared

Hi all
Just looking at my blogs i noticed my pages section underneath my header has disappeared.
any ideas on what is wrong ? could i have accidentally clicked on something or is it a wordpress error , any ideas how i can get it back?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you created a custom menu then the custom menu you created is overriding the display of static pages in the horizontal menu of your blog in the Twenty Ten theme. Custom menus allow us to be able to mix pages, categories, and random links in your navigation instead of your theme deciding for us.

Oh i did play around with custom menus yesterday but it looked like it didn’t work because my sidebar looked exactly the same as it did before thanks i will go fiddle with that and see what happens .

Custom menus are for changing the display in the horizontal menu only. Custom menu widgets are for displaying custom menu in your sidebar only.
