Pages Hidden from the navigation bar

  I am creating the meet the skaters page and every skater has a page each. But I don’t want all of the pages showing in the drop down under “Meet the skaters”on the navigation. and the only way to find the individual skaters pages is by clicking on each skaters photo.

  I’ve looked into creating a custom menu but i cant get them to work for me.

  I’m using iTheme and the page i’m working on is http://aucklandrollerderby.com/meet-the-skaters/
