Pages- How to add a page within the post page?

How to add a page within the post page? Sometimes on my post page, I may be writing to much, because after I finish at the bottom of my post page some of the text seemed garbled. Or it overlaps on top of text that is already there. So is there a way to add a page within a post page?

That garbled display you describe doesn’t usually happen unless you have a browser related issue.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
