PAGES i created is empty.i want my article to be posted to a certain page

Hello WordPress! I am a new user here. I would like to know how to solve this problem .I created a pages which is now in my menu. I posted a new article entitled ” 8 Ways to achieve GOALS in life and health. I want this to appear on my page named “Community then under Training and events. What happened now? when i click to community page to training and events i cannot see my recent post? i want all my post will be organized and can be seen to the page i created. can you help me?
