At the top of my header you’ll see
About, Philosophy, Recipe, Recipe
That third word, Recipe, has no content and is not in my Dashboard. What does it mean and what can I do?
I took screenshots of my dashboard to show you it’s not there. Only three pages are listed.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Here is what your code says:
<ul id="menu-main-menu-one" class="menu clear-fix"><li id="menu-item-876" class="menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-876"><a href="http://madebyyouandi.com/about/">About</a></li> <li id="menu-item-1453" class="menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-1453"><a href="http://madebyyouandi.com/philosophy/">Philosophy</a></li> <li id="menu-item-834" class="menu-item menu-item-type-taxonomy menu-item-object-category menu-item-834"><a>Recipes</a></li> <li id="menu-item-836" class="menu-item menu-item-type-taxonomy menu-item-object-category menu-item-836"><a></a></li> <li id="menu-item-2030" class="menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-2030"><a href="http://madebyyouandi.com/recipes/">Recipes</a></li> </ul> </nav>Looks to me like you’re using a custom list with one empty item, that first Recipes page. Just edit the menu.
