The free hosted WordPress.com linked to your username is empty. Please post an active link starting with http:// to the blog in question.

If your theme does have a horizontal menu at the top then have you created a custom menu?
If you click the “Automatically add new top-level pages” on the custom menu page top right module then any new Pages are automatically added. If you later try to drag and drop them to create a hierarchical parent page structure in your custom menu that will happen but you will also get a duplicate page when you view your menu on the front page of your blog. The best practice is to disable that “Automatically add new top-level pages” function and then save the menu.

If your theme do NOT have a horizontal menu at the top then are you using the Pages widget in your sidebar?

You are posting to the wrong support forum. This is the WordPress.COM support forum. Here we provide support only for those who have free hosted WordPress.COM blogs. We do NOT provide support for those who are hosting local installs on this forum at all. That was why I kept asking for the URL in two threads now.
