Pages not displaying properly

Hi. The blog page loads up like a plain text index (serif) rather than the normal view. I’ve tried clearing cache and cookies, I’ve tried Firefox and Chrome on 2 different laptops but it still does not appear as it should. Also wont let me load any more pics onto blog posts (plenty of memory left).

Is there a particular post that is causing the trouble for you? If so, can you send a link to it? It appears to load correctly for me.
A couple of questions since this may be an Internet connectivity issue. First, which Internet service provider are you using? Have you had this problem in two different locations that may be using different providers (e.g. work and home)?
Lastly, especially if this may be isolated to one service provider, can you run some tests on your end? If you could follow the traceroute instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/advanced-browser-troubleshooting/ and please run a trace for s0.wp.com , s1.wp.com and s2.wp.com that would be greatly appreciated.
The working hypothesis is that your computer isn’t accessing one of those three domains (which we use for distribution of styling and the code to run the photo uploader, etc), which is causing your headaches.

Thanks for the quick response.
Sorry if you get this twice, I submitted it and it didn’t post – might have logged out too quickly.
My internet service provider is Telstra. I’ve had no probs with the blog up until about a week or so ago (I created it a few months ago). We are traveling and were in a spot where internet access wasn’t great so I thought that was the problem. However, since then, even when we’ve had strong internet, the blog doesn’t look right – nor did the WordPress troubleshooting page which came up the same way.
We’ve got 2 laptops, both Telstra and it doesn’t work on either.
I’ve run the traces and have taken screenshots – I couldn’t get the ‘Mark’ to copy the text – However, I’d prefer that these weren’t made public so if I could email them separately to a support email it would be great.
I can also send you screenshots of what the blog pages look like at my end too.

Hi Again. I’ve tried again today on a borrowed laptop and everything worked as it should. It must be something in our laptops that is stopping it loading.
Would you still like me to send something through since it is a problem with our equipment rather than the blog?

Feel free to still send me something! Our ability to help you determine what is going on is limited, of course, but I may be able to point out what is happening, which is half the battle often.
It sounds like, perhaps, there may be some type of block against one of s0.wp.com, s1.wp.com or s2.wp.com that could be a firewall/virus protection program on the computer or something along those lines.
