Pages not indexing or visible on Bing

  Why is bing saying my posts are blocked by robots.txt file? Is there anything I can do about this?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  I have done the sitename/robots.txt thing and I get back a page that does not mean anything to me. I have no idea what it is saying.
