pages not listed in menu bar

Please help! My site was set up with 28 pages, and looking good. I understand the basics of how to use WP, pages and menus. But out of the blue, pages were no longer listed on the menu list. Currently there is only 1 page listed there! I can’t do any more work on the site! Please help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
You can define which page or link should be appeared on the menu bar. Visit your site’s dashboard and then go to the “Appearance” section. There you will find “Menus” option. Visit “Menus” and customize/reorganize items. You can drag-&-drop items to reorder them.
Hope it helps.

In the menus option, there is only 1 page listed of the 28!!! That is the problem. I have been working with the pages and the menus with no problem, until they suddenly disappeared. If they are not there, I cannot customize/reorganize them. Any other ideas? I saw an old thread about this exact same problem, but no solution. Please??

I accidentally figured it out! I changed the pages to ‘private’, which removes them from the menu list. I forgot to change the setting on 1 page, that was the one left on the menu list. Thank you for your replies!!!
