Pages not showing posts

I have set up the ‘The Goran Theme’ page but I am a little confused, which could be my little knowledge in websites. However I would like my homepage to show the tiles of recent posts that have been uploaded. So I created 4 different pages for the relevant topic the post to go under. So i used categories for the posts to go to the relevant page however when I am on the Homepage I can see the pages but when i click on them there is no content in the page. But when I click on the page in the top menu, I can see the content. If you are able to have a look at what im talking about and get back to me that would be highly appreciated.

Since your site is marked Private, only Staff can see it.
In general, Category pages are automatically generated by the software when you assign your Posts to that category. You don’t need to publish a page yourself. You can get those categories to appear in your navigation menu by adding a Custom Menu which replaces the standard one. Here’s how: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
You can only add category pages to the custom menu after you’ve published at least one post in the category.
