Pages not showing under page view

Ive created several new pages ,but they are not showing up under the page view.set to view all,not in draft folder,shows theyve been published and can be added to the menu.they display online which is the only way i can edit them.
thoughts?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Check the page visibility settings on each page to confirm they are not either “draft” or “private” pages.

Note: If you also have a lot of pages, you will likely have to click the “view all” link at the top of the pages module on the Appearance > Menus page.

the problem is they are not showing up under pages,even with view all.
checked draft folder. -

Sorry,I’m pretty slow….
didnt see page 2 of 2 at the bottom of page view.
just so happens the page titles began near the end of the alphabet putting them all on the second page.I assumed “show all” meant just that.
