The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you have Pages that are not displaying I suggest you go to > Dashboard > Pages > All Pages and hover over the Page titles then click “edit” and check the page visibility settings in the Publish module.
edit pages screen http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/Troubleshooting – My Pages aren’t appearing
They must be public pages – not private.
Public – The page will be visible to everyone.
Protected – The page is protected with a password you set. Only people who have the password can view a protected page.
Private – Pages are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private pages are not visible in Reader, feeds, or in any search. A page can be private without being password protected.

Among the most common misconceptions is that bloggers fail to understand is
(1) there is only one page we can post to in any blog and
(2) the static pages http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ they create do not automatically update.Only the dynamic pages like Categories, Tags and Archives created by the software when we publish a post we that we have assigned Categories and Tags too will update automatically update with posts.
By default the front page of the blog is the post that displays all posts in your blog. Though there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts (not pages) http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ and we cannot post to more than that one page, we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page.
We organize posts by assigning categories to them. You can create a custom menu and add the dynamic categories pages into the custom menu.

I am sorry, but I still do not understand. I am reffering to the http://tashyapage14.wordpress.com/ blog, but it is also happening with another blog I just registered too. The problem is that, I go onto pages and then add another page, however, I then go in appearance>menu, and the page section to add pages is blank – therefore I cannot even get any pages onto my blog.
-
The pages module in Appearance > Menus won’t display a page if the page is a draft or if it’s private.
-
All my pages currently are drafts, and yet some of them are/ have appeared on the pages tab when I’m on the menu section to add them?
