Pages on Outspoken theme- complete mess

  Hi,
  This is regarding pages on my site.
  I have been trying to reach out to Shroote who developed the Outspoken theme that I am using but to no avail.

  When testing Masonry I liked the way the images looked and wanted to apply this to the front page, but it doesn’t work with the front page.
  Any other page- yes, but not the front one.

  Then when creating subpages – they would appear haphazardly , in a random order, in random places one higher one lower, and no dropdown.

  Menus don’t seem to work as they should also disappear completely on post pages replaced with a post nav.

  So the questions are:
  1) Would it be possible to have my homepage in masonry layout?

  2) Is there any solution to having subpages “dropping down” as you hover above a parent page? Rather than how they currently appear in random order?

  3) Is it possible to have these pages working? As the moment they are not navigating to the pages content but to something completely different

  3) Do you also know why there is a “Set featured image” function? Where do these images appear ?

  If you could help me with this one it would be such an immense relief, as at the moment it seems to be the impediment for me to get features out.

  It is absolutely crucial to get sorted, I have been trying to reach Shroote and anyone else on the forum.
