Pages on the main menu

I’ve made a website for a newspaper ( theepochherald.wordpress.com). On the main menu, I put links to pages I made, namely editorial, global, sport, etc. along with home and contact. I want the posts(blog articles) that are displayed on my Home page to be the most recent ones ( which they already are) and all those recent posts to also be available on the pages of the category under which they fall. How do I accomplish this?
I am unable to list the posts under the category pages.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It appears that not all of your menu items are really categories. Editorial and Global are categories. The others do not appear to be (they don’t have Category: in the page title).

Review the setting up of categories and the use of the custom menu to link to those categories. Combine that with designating the category for each of the posts and the category pages will automatically populate themselves as your create posts designated with those categories.
