Pages show up in browser but aren’t listed in my Pages -see images in the post

This page shows in browser – notice the URL in the image.

The page below this paragraph is the page listed in my WordPress pages – see URL in the image below – the page above is NOT listed in my WordPress pages and there’s not any reference or element to the URL of the page above on the page in my WordPress page “the-band”.

The next image below is what it says in my Media Library regarding the details of the image attached to the first page listed above (the top image in this post). Notice the details lists the image uploaded to “The Band” page instead of to the default “uploads” folder, however there is not a folder for The Band in cPanel File Manager, but the image is in the Media Library in my WordPress, so my question is… (under this image)…

How do I delete that page (the URL in the first image on the top) if it doesn’t exist in my WordPress Pages? There are a lot of pages like this where an image is uploaded to a page that’s on the main menu (../the-band, ../shows, ../press-kit, etc) like the first screenshot on the top of this post that need to be deleted but I can’t find them anywhere in my WordPress. Where are these pages and how do I find them and delete them?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
