Pages speed issue on mobile

    Page speed on mobile for maximum sites developed with wp is getting down.Its showing between 20 to 40 out of 100 in google page speed.but for the desktop version its showing good.I have tried all possible steps by following the articles which i have found on google.I don’t understand how to fix this kind of issue.Please
    suggest me something regarding this issue to solve.
