Pages to top of the blog?

  I need help, and I need the get the pages to the top of my screen, but I dont know how! And also, I want to change the color of my whole entire blog, but I can’t figure out how to do that either!

  Could you please give us the blog address or maybe just tell us whether you have a wordpress.com blog and, if yes, which theme are you using?

  Presentation > Themes, supposing you have a wordpress.com blog
