  I would like to know how people can see my private pages (I would to allow people to see it after they request the service I sell).

  You can post a contact form on a Page and then when you will have the email address and be able to provide the link to a private page to the people who use the contact form. Any legitimate feedback will then be emailed to you, and added to your feedback management area.
