Pages Widget with Drop-Down

  Hi

  We have widgets for Categories and Posts that have a drop down functionality.

  Can someone point me to a widget that offers PAGE navigation in a drop down format?

  I have searched and this seems to be a tough ask, but one would think its an obvious requireemt.

  I assume this is the blog you are talking about http://trainiaction.wordpress.com/ , correct?

  The pages widget does not offer a dropdown option, and there is no way to add that capability to a wordpress.COM blog.

  Thanks for the response. I have a few blogs that I am playing with that are .ORG and hosted, so it’s not the wordpress.COM blog (which will in time be ported over to the hosted solution)

  Are you aware on any widget to present pages in a drop down menu?

  Sorry then, you are in the wrong forum and need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs are supported.

  These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently and our answers typically will not work for you.

  You will most likely need to learn PHP scripting and then rewrite the widget code. Be careful though as it is very easy to create a security hole you can drive an 18-wheeler full of hackers through.

  Oops, thanks for getting me over to the wordpress.org foums. Much appreciated
