Pages with All Images are Being Created Automatically

  I have created two pages on this website and when I add images to it it automatically creates a second page full of the images.

  Here is an example

  Page created is
  http://www.improductreport.com/fulcrum-affiliate-system/

  then I add an image and it creates this page as well
  http://www.improductreport.com/fulcrum-affiliate-system/fulcrum3/

  These weird image pages are being indexed and I need to know how to stop this.
