  hi! i’m trying to add a page with posts from custom categories, is that possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes you can do this.
  First, create your categories
  Go to the ‘Appearance > Menu’
  Under Categories choose the category and add it to your menu
