Pages within Pages

  How would I accomplish something like this. Where you click on page and then within hat page are links to other pages. Here’s what I mean. http://cinexcellence.com/film-reviews/

  That user has simply created a page called “Reviews” and provided text links to reviews (which are posts, not pages) on that same page.

  Sorry, I’m new to this. Whenever I write a new post it ends up on the front page, how do I make it so the post I right only shows up on that page?

  You cannot do that (unless it is a category archive page). The user in your example web site simply added the links to the “Reviews” page manually.
