Pages within posts

    The live demo for the theme I’m using has got this post format (or type) that I’ve never seen before. (I’m talking about this post: https://goo.gl/s4YBFL)

    The bottom of the post says “Pages: 1 2 3”, and you can navigate to the other pages within the post. Is this something you can do with a Free plan, or is this is a feature that only comes with the other paid plans? And if it’s possible in the Free plan, how does one go about splitting a post’s contents into pages?
