Nothing Found
It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help.By default the front page of your blog displays all posts. The 404 (page not found) error message on the front page of the blog appeared because the Admin of the blog deleted the placeholder Hello World post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/ As soon as you publish a post, not a page it will disappear. Read the differences between Pages and Posts.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/Though there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts (not pages) http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ and we cannot post to more than that one page, we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page. You can create a custom menu and include your own Home page in it instead. You can include whichever items you want and exclude all others.

I recommend using the step by step tutorial Staff have linked to the bottom of your Admin page at http://learn.wordpress.com

When Pages are not displaying I suggest you go to > Dashboard > Pages > All Pages and hover over the Page titles then click “edit” and check the page visibility settings in the Publish module.
edit pages screen http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/Troubleshooting – My Pages aren’t appearing
They must be public pages – not private or draft pages.
Public – The page will be visible to everyone.
Protected – The page is protected with a password you set. Only people who have the password can view a protected page.
Private – Pages are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private pages are not visible in Reader, feeds, or in any search. A page can be private without being password protected. -
pages wont show up on my profile
Note that posts will never appear on your profile page. Your “profile” is found in the “about you” section on this page > Dashboard > Users > My Profile

My pages are public I did check. But when I changed my theme for my profile the pages showed up on my Profile. They first did not on the original theme page (the black and white one)

What do you consider to be your profile page? Please post the URL starting with http:// Is it your About me page that you are referring to here? http://tulsipatel13.wordpress.com/about-me/
If so that’s a static page that you can only manually update.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/These are all static pages on your menu bar.

No. I could consider the profile page as http://tulsipatel13.wordpress.com/
I had the black and white theme page for it and my about me and all the other pages didn’t show up
