Pages/Menu Items

When I create a new page (Similar to the ‘About’ page) and I have published it, it doesn’t show up in the nav menu when I view my blog.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Troubleshooting – My Pages aren’t appearing
They must be public pages – not private.
Public – The page will be visible to everyone.
Protected – The page is protected with a password you set. Only people who have the password can view a protected page.
Private – Pages are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private pages are not visible in Reader, feeds, or in any search. A page can be private without being password protected.

Please edit the Pages and check the post visibility settings I referred to above. http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/

Sorry, I may have missed something – how do I navigate through to the privacy settings to check the status of my pages? I clicked your link above, but it didn’t help with my problem or mention anything about Protected/Private pages.

Also, I am having the same problem with custom menus. I have created a menu; added a couple of links to it – but it appears no where.

Thanks for your help – have only started using WP today, so it’s all still a little new.

    Thanks.
