Pages/Posts Won't Publish or Update

Since yesterday I’ve had a lot of problems getting pages and posts to publish and update. Sometimes it works; other times it doesn’t. And even when it does, half of my formatting and HTML is completely wonky.
I’ve tried deactivating all of my plugins and hitting update/publish to see if that solves the issue and while it helps (sometimes), formatting is still inexplicably all over the place.
Is anyone else having this problem?
