Hi there,
Do you mean adding pagination to a single blog post? If yes, here is how to: https://en.support.wordpress.com/nextpage/
Let me know if you need further assistance.

No to multiple blog post.. Like if I have 4 posts I want it in 4 pages n want the next and previous button down… How do I do that??

The feature you want may not exist on that theme. Every theme has a detailed theme description page. This one is at https://wordpress.com/theme/sela that’s where set up instructions for it and the live demo site link is found.
You require either a Premium upgrade or a Business Plan upgrade https://wordpress.com/pricing/ to edit the CSS on any site hosted by wordpress.com.
Note 1: Once you have the required upgrade you can use this link https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform so you can create a thread that will appear in the CSS Forum where you will get the help you need with CSS editing.
Note 2: You can also post there prior to purchasing an upgrade to get an answer to whether or not what you want to do can be accomplished via CSS editing.

@penningpassionblog So you only want one blog post to appear at a time?
If that is what you are looking to do, then go here:
https://wordpress.com/settings/writing/penningpassionblog.wordpress.com and scroll down a bit to Content Types, change the number of blog posts to display to “1”. Save your changes. This affects not only blog posts pages, but also archive, author, category and search return pages.

Hi there,
On the posts page of your site you won’t see a Previous/Next button. The Posts page, or the category pages in this case, will show all your posts, starting with the most recent. You can control the number of posts that load at a time via the setting @justjennifer linked to, but you only have the Older Posts button to load the next set of posts. There’s no way to load the next post while automatically hiding the previous post on the main Posts page or a category page.
The Previous/Next inks appear on the single-post view, like https://penningpassionblog.wordpress.com/2017/08/25/chocolate-oreo-truffles/
In the case of your theme, those links show the titles of the next or the previous post, rather than the text “Previous” or “Next”. This behaviour cannot be changed.
