@varunkr
Here’s how to link your WordPress.com username to your blog in your WordPress.com blog
Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ and fill in the the complete URL for your WordPress.com blog starting with http:// and then save changes.Now every time you sign into the forum we can all click on your username and your blog will be linked to it. And every time you leave a comment on a blog your username can be likewise clicked and your blog can be instantly located.
Note that there is a complete record of every post that you make to the forum on your forum profile page. Also note that when you mark a forum threads as “favorites” that you will find them listed on the forum profile page too. And everyone in the forum can access your forum profile by simply clicking on “Member” next to your username.

My blog is brainiedeal.wordpress.com
I had earlier successfully used pagination here http://brainiedeal.wordpress.com/2009/12/25/the-monthlyyearly//
but now I am unable to split pages -

No,I am currently authoring that post and is due to be published on 25th, which is why I am seeking support

Do you see this <!–nextpage–> in the HTML version? If you do then when you publish the split will occur. It’s not going to display a split in the “preview” of course. I think that’s what’s sidetracked you here.
