do someboby can help how to add “previous & next posts” to my first blog page instead the “older posts” that appears now?

Hi there. The front page doesn’t work like that. The front page displays ALL your posts, with the newest ones at the top. It is designed to load posts when you get to the bottom of the screen, either by clicking the Older Posts button or automatically, same as on Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr. It’s called infinite scroll and you can’t change this behaviour. https://en.support.wordpress.com/infinite-scroll/
If you don’t want the front page to show all your posts you can set a static PAGE to be your front page. You CAN’T set a single post to be your front page. https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
The previous and next links only appear on single post views, i.e. when you click on a post title to see that post in its own screen.
