Paid $13 to map but have changed mind – can't figure out how to request refund

  Hi! I see how to get a refund if I purchased the WordPress package but I was testing out the free version. What I can’t figure out is how to get my $13 refunded because I’ve changed my mind and won’t be using WordPress. The $13 was so that I could use it as a subdomain on my already-existent website. Thank you for your help!! Diane

  Hi and thank you! I’ve been there, before I posted, but it doesn’t show that I paid the $13 (maybe it’s not considered an upgrade?)… Thank you for offering to help, I definitely do need it… :)

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the account that you are posting from. What was the URL of the domain you mapped?
